Mandre
The local road to the south leads to MANDRE. It is drawn in thick old plantations of holm-oaks and carries hard-working spirit to the sea. Apart from traditional fishing, the place gravitates to tourism and extends high-standard hospitality. The sea is extraordinary clear, full of small bays and beaches and suitable for all water sports and leisure acivities. One can enjoy a lovely view of the open sea and the inhabited island of Maun and Skrda. The port in Mandre has been offering protection to seamen and fishermen for centuries and nowadays to boaters searching for calm and shady mooring.

Catering supply in Kolan and Mandre mainly consists of specialities called "paški" (of Pag) –
cheese, wine "žutica", lamb, prosciutto ham, and, of course, various sorts of fish and other sea food.

It is necessary to point out the Etnographic Museum in Kolan keeping and showing the rich tradition of Kolan. Folk songs and chants having been nurtured in families are an important part of the folk tradition. They come from the distant past and have mystical sound. The whole island is too rich in features of ancient societies. They spread from old Roman sites, across a number of early Christian churches up to the present day.
